​Shipping, returns and refunds

All products ordered will be dispatched the following business day. Products are shipped through fulfilment with Bookvault. Delivery times are from the time the product is ready for dispatch. They do not include printing and packing time. Please allow 2-5 business days for deliveries within the UK and for international deliveries please allow up to 10 business days. Deliveries may take longer than stated. Dispatch days for pre order deliveries will vary.
If an order is wanting to be returned due to fault, photo evidence will be required in order for another book to be dispatched or for a refund to be granted.
